WFMS has been founded by Dr. Jami Hossain & Vinod Kala in 2008 as a subsidiary of Emergent Ventures India (EVI), a leading sustainable development & clean energy consulting firm. EVI is funded by IDFC PE, India’s largest PE firm focused on infrastructure managing a corpus of over $1.3Bn.
